Kurt Schork Memorial Fund (KSMF)
The Kurt Schork Memorial Fund (KSMF) is accepting applications for the 2024 International Journalism Award. For the 23rd consecutive year, this award honors the memory of American freelance journalist Kurt Schork, who was killed in 2000 while working for Reuters in Sierra Leone, and recognizes outstanding achievements in courageous reporting on conflict, corruption, injustice, and human rights violations.

Bayeux Calvados-Normandy Award
The Bayo Calvados-Normandy Award for Military Correspondents is awarded for reporting on conflict situations or their impact on the civilian population, as well as for news related to the protection of freedom and democracy.

Women Photograph Project Grants
These grants, worth $5,000, will support new and existing photo projects by visual journalists working in documentary photography. Five grants are available, at least one of which will be awarded to a non-binary or transgender photographer. Funding may be used to cover basic reporting expenses, creative fees for photographers, and any other expenses that contribute to the creation of new work.

Global Peace Photo Award
A photo contest dedicated to the memory of Austrian journalist, pacifist, and Nobel Peace Prize laureate Alfred Frede. Professional photographers are invited to submit works dedicated to peace movements and ideas for a conflict-free future.
