Marisa Mianovska, a Ukrainian photographer, was born on February 15, 1990 in Kyiv, Ukraine. Today she lives and works between Kyiv, Ukraine and Krakow, Poland.
She is a graduate of the Victor Marushchenko School of Contemporary Photography.
She is working on a project about young people living in Troyeschyna, a residential area (ghetto) on the left bank of Kyiv. She explores the connection between the territory and the people who inhabit it.
In 2021, she became a co-author of Serhiy Zhadan's conceptual art book Aviation Psalm.
Her works have been published in Camera Austria, the cover of Photonews Germany, The Calvert Journal, Bird in Flight, Vice, The Village UA, Vogue UA.
Co-author of the conceptual series of Serhiy Zhadan's art book “Psalm of Aviation” in 2021.

UAPP represents Ukrainian professional photography in the international photographic community and is an official member of the Federation of European Photographers (FEP) — an international organization representing more than 50,000 professional photographers in Europe and other countries around the world.
