“The death toll increased, another man's body was deblocked from under the rubble. In total, five people were killed on the night of the Russian terrorist attack. All services are working on site,” he wrote.
At the site of the destruction, rubble is being analyzed - there may still be people under them. There was not a single military infrastructure facility nearby, Sinegubov emphasizes.
In addition, the enemy again applied the tactic of double strikes. Mayor of Kharkiv Igor Terekhov noted that among the victims were a medical worker and a police officer who immediately arrived at the scene of the explosion.
