Professionals and amateurs have the opportunity to receive awards in photo competitions by presenting their conceptual and documentary photos. The traditional selection of August from the UAPP:

International Photography Awards

The International Photography Awards holds an annual competition for professional photographers, amateurs and students around the world, creating one of the most ambitious and large-scale competitions in the world of photography today. The mission is to welcome the achievements of the world's best photographers, discover new talents and promote the appreciation of photography.

The 11 winners of the competition in the professional categories will receive a cash prize of $1000, and the 11 winners in the non-professional categories will receive a $500 prize. Each of the above winners will also receive two tickets to the Lucie Awards gala ceremony in New York.

Young Journalist Award

The Thomson Foundation organizes the Young Journalist Award together with the Foreign Press Association (FPA). Media professionals under 30 working in developing countries can compete for this award. The three finalists will be able to fly to London for the award ceremony.

Each participant has submit portfolio of three published works created over a period of 12 months. We are talking about print, audio, video, multimedia or combined format.

Date: August 9, 2024.

Fine Art Photography Awards 2024—2025

Art photography is an ideal tool that allows a person to communicate with the world and share their vision. This is the result of the author's deep sensitivity, the need to express feelings through an image, a unique vision of the surrounding reality. FAPA looks for photos created with passion — your passion.

Anyone can submit their works to this competition, because the 20 presented categories cover all possible photo directions. This is abstract, architectural, conceptual, fashionable, landscape, portrait photography, photojournalism, photo manipulation and many others.

Competition open to all: both amateurs and professionals. Applications accepted from any country in the world. Your work will be evaluated by an international commission.

Winners of the professional and amateur sections will receive the titles: Professional Art Photographer of the Year, Amateur Art Photographer of the Year and cash prizes of $5000.

Muse Photography Awards

Organizers of the contest Muse Photography Awards strive to develop a creative community and attract talented authors whose stories, embodied with the help of a camera, cross all borders and live for decades.

“Whether you are a professional photographer or an amateur, your creativity will manifest through the camera lens. Like the mythological muses themselves, your ideas, experiences and creative vision will redefine you as a photographer. This is your time to share your vision with the world,” the organizers said.

Prizes: $100—$3000 depending on location, award, electronic certificates, media promotion.

Date: October 14, 2024.

ND MAGAZINE AWARD

Premio from ND MAGAZINE was launched in 2014, and in a few years ND Awards has become one of the most popular photo competitions, gaining the trust of gallery owners and the media community. The organizers aim to inspire, educate and support talented authors from around the world, as well as set new trends in photography.

Our jury will include recognized industry professionals, including gallery owners, publishers, editors and renowned photographers.
