On December 26, almost 150 people were waiting for the evening train. It was at that moment that the Russians began shelling Kherson, in particular — the railway station. As a result of the attack, a policeman who helped evacuate people was killed. Interior Minister Igor Klymenko said that two other colleagues and several civilians were wounded.

“The city suffered from attacks of various types of weapons: artillery and “Shakheds”, - says photojournalist Oleg Palchyk.
“The command services worked quickly and hastily, instead of windows they installed OSB plates, which is what the whole Kherson “flaunts” at the moment,” the photographer emphasized.

In addition, after the last enemy drone attack on the night of December 27, light and water disappeared in Kherson.

“Unfortunately, the locals have long been accustomed to such situations, so in the morning Kherson residents continued to live their lives. The first generators were put into operation in pet stores and coffee shops. This is how Kherson recovers after the devastating attacks,” says Oleg.

Recall that in recent days, the occupiers intensified shelling of Kherson.
