Twice a day, Kharkiv is in the crosshairs. Consequences of the Russian shelling of KABs in the photos of Ivan Samoilov

On October 8, at around 5 p.m., explosions occurred in Kharkiv for the second time that day. A guided aerial bomb hit an open area near a densely populated neighborhood.  

According to preliminary information, two people were killed and three wounded as a result of the enemy attack on Kharkiv.  

“Tonight we will start closing the windows of the SSU. And tomorrow morning, the ASC will start working on the spot, where people will be able to get help in preparing documents for E-Restoration,” said Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov.

The strike damaged 15 apartment buildings in the Saltovsky district.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, said that six Russian air bombs hit Kharkiv and its suburbs in the evening. In total, two people were killed and more than 30 wounded in the city during the day as a result of Russian strikes.

“We are continuing to eliminate the consequences, we thank all the services - the State Emergency Service, emergency services, police, prosecutors, utilities, and volunteers,” said Sinegubov.
