Dmytro Malyshev is a professional photographer specializing in panoramic photography and VR 360 projects.
Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Dmytro has been documenting the consequences of Russian crimes in VR. So far, he has taken more than 1700 panoramic photographs in more than 30 locations.
He has 15 years of experience as a photographer.
2015: certified by Google to digitize objects and add them to Google Streetview, Google Maps, and Google Earth.
In the period 2015-2021, more than 17,000 panoramic photos and 500 kilometers of roads were taken in Ukraine and added to Google services. These include virtual tours of such facilities as the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the AN-225 Mriya aircraft, roads and facilities reconstructed by UkrAvtodor as part of the President of Ukraine's Big Construction program.
2016-2018: implementation of projects with the German tour operator TUI with photography of more than 120 five-star complexes in Turkey.
Cooperation with the Central TV and Radio Studio of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine as part of the aerial filming of the TV program “Technique of War” on Channel 24.
Panoramic filming and creation of virtual tours for many commercial structures (BC Gulliver and BC Globus, Citrus and Rozetka chain stores, residential complexes, restaurants and hotels in Ukraine).
2018-2020: shooting of cultural and historical sites for regional administrations and communities of Ukraine, digitization of natural and infrastructure sites with the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Infrastructure, and the State Agency for Tourism Development (DART).
Taking panoramic photos and creating integrated projects in the format of cultural and historical sites in Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
2019-2023: creation of the Virtual Ukraine project (virtualukraine.travel) and active work within the project on photographing and digitizing objects in Ukraine. Comprehensive projects were created to present cultural, historical, natural, industrial and infrastructure sites. A total of 9 regions, 37 districts, 65 communities, and 478 sites.
Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, we have been filming the results of the aggressor's actions. More than 1500 panoramic photos of destroyed buildings, universities, schools, museums, etc. were taken.
He has a unique full virtual tour of the destroyed AN-225 Mriya airplane in his portfolio.
UAPP is an independent association of professional Ukrainian photographers, designed to protect their interests, support, develop and promote Ukrainian photography as an important element of national culture.
UAPP's activities span educational, social, research and cultural initiatives, as well as book publishing.
UAPP represents Ukrainian professional photography in the international photographic community and is an official member of the Federation of European Photographers (FEP) — an international organization representing more than 50,000 professional photographers in Europe and other countries around the world.
